Passive House is an energy performance standard that provides a high level of indoor air quality and a significant reduction in space heating requirements compared to the standard practice for UK new builds. Jenny’s Certificate also covers EnerPHit - the peak achievement for retrofitting an existing property to be low energy and to deliver much lower heating bills.
